The cage for the serpent should contain a hiding place, a water bowl for soaking, and something to rub on while shedding (rocks or dry sticks.) The temperature the serpent can live in should be about 85°F daytime and 80°F at night.

If you want to take the serpents as a pet you are to think about the feeding of the reptile. Feeding requires enough money and a newborn serpent will be well in a small tank.
